⚖️ Nash Equilibrium
A cell where neither player can improve their payoff by switching alone. The stable outcome of the game.
🔒 Prisoner's Dilemma
Both players have a dominant strategy that leads to a Nash equilibrium — but both would be better off cooperating. Classic oligopoly problem.
🤝 Why Collusion Fails
Firms could earn more by cooperating, but each has an incentive to cheat. Nash ≠ cooperative outcome, which is why cartels break apart.
